Job Description:
PAC International, LLC, is seeking a Special Projects & Sales Development Specialist to join our team. This role combines technical project oversight with sales and client relationship management, making it ideal for a candidate with a strong background in construction methods, estimating, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review construction drawings, including CAD and architectural plans, to determine scope and requirements.
• Perform accurate material take-offs and prepare detailed estimates.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, acoustical engineers, and internal teams to provide technical solutions.
• Experience with product take-offs and material estimation.
• Drive sales efforts by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and presenting PAC products and solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Provide project-specific recommendations on gypsum board ceilings, walls, and interior framing assemblies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in sales and project management in the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, particularly gypsum board ceilings, walls, and interior framing products and methods.
• Proven ability to interpret CAD drawings, architectural plans, and specifications.
• Proficiency in take-offs, estimating, and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities.
• Preferred previous experience working with distributors in the drywall/framing industry.
